2. Subscription Cancellation (No Refunds)
We understand that circumstances change, and you may wish to end your subscription. While we do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
• No Refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
• You must request a cancellation at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
• When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your access will not be revoked immediately.
• Once canceled, your subscription will not automatically renew at the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation Process:
1. Send an email to [email protected] with your name and the email used to subscribe.
2. Our team will confirm your cancellation.
4. Your subscription will remain active until the final date of your current billing cycle, after which access will end automatically.
